This hotel should be great but delivered little. To their credit ,on check out, they acknowledged their lack of service and helped us out with ur luggage. First impressions ..1 star, should Beryllium 4 star. I give it a low Biergarten mit Sonnenschirmen 3. Breakfast and incredible views were the high light. We stayed hinein their best room with a small adjoining standard room. Ur suite had incredible views but not well catered for, the adjoining room welches very small but adequate. It's a great city, that needs a great hotel. Unfortunately it does not have one, and this one did not live up to ur expectations.
